Saute a thinly sliced Vidalia onion in a quarter cup of butter, pour over al dente penne add quarter pound of prosciutto (it will get sticky- use a spoon), lemon zest, freshly ground nutmeg, thin slices of about five large leaves of sage and a quarter cup of Parmesan or asiago (If you can get a hold of some beaufort go ahead and use it, but don't tell the French they'll be upset that you have cooked with a tasty cheese), and garnish with Parsley.
