Flagstaff, AZ
When we arrived in Flagstaff there was literally four feet of snow on the ground. Every morning you would wake up and it was 16 degrees. It would warm up to fifty to sixty later on in the day; and feel even hotter in the sun. However, the mornings were enough encouragement to drop from 7000 ft to about 3000 ft in Sedona, AZ.
In Sedona there are endless miles of trails that lead off into the hills. Overweight tourists take Pick Jeep Tours into the desert and wear big hats to shield them from the sun. Jen and I enjoyed running the trails, we maneged to run a different named trail every day we went down and not get bored of the sights of the deserts.
While we in Flagstaff, my long time friend Dustin (I've known since the fourth grade) got married to Adrianne. We were quite happy to share that with them. I dont think i've ever seen Dustin so happy.

During our day trips to Sedona, we also made time to escape to this high old mining town called Jerome. it had some great shops and better views.
